Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our
dynamic team in London. In this pivotal role, you will need to assist operation director to
oversee the day-to-day operations of our existing restaurants chain while leading the setup
and successful launch of new restaurant openings. To coordinating site contractors work and
report site refurbishment progress; to assist on new restaurant staff recruitment programme;
to help site management team to initially set up the restaurant for opening and also ensure
smooth operation at the beginning. Collaborate with senior management to align operational
goals with the company’s vision and growth strategy.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant operations management, demonstrated expertise in new
restaurant openings, including setup, launch, and post-opening support. Good leadership
and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Proficient writing and verbal communication skills.
